Re: "You don't have access" error

I bought an add on for Sims 4, something happened where it said the payment didn't go through, but later I received an email invoice and when I check my bank the charge is there. 

When I try to download, it's telling me I don't own the game and to open the game hub? I can't for the life of me get this to work. It was 62$ and I'm really upset it's not working because the charge is there! 

Is this a known issue/something I can fix? It does show the game in my list of purchases.

    I'm having this same bug with a purchase for Sims 4 kits. In the game library it says I own the two kits, but when I try to download and install them it says the download was cancelled because I don't own the game. The kits were paid for.

    This is happening for me too after purchasing a Kit. I cleared the cache and went through all recommended troubleshooting steps, nothing helped. Any luck getting it fixed? 

    UPDATE: I reached out to EA support and they 'updated something on their end' and now it's working.

    Please clear the cache for the EA app following the steps here- if you're still having issues with your DLC after you've tried this, let me know!
