Duplicated payment

I made a payment for an add-on package for The sims . It wasn’t coming up as paid so I made a second payment by mistakenly. And I got charged twice. Please is there a way I could reach EA customer service line or something because I need my money back and the help website isn’t helpful. It didn’t show a contact number or even an email so I could send my request
