EA App closes or crashes, and I am unable to resolve the issue. Please Help Me!

I was having this problem where I load the app. it goes to log in, then crashes. The crash screen comes up where it says send crash report and a little later that also closes. I am unable to get the crash report and reset my entire computer, downloaded steam and ran battlefront 2. The EA app crashed and I went through youtube tutorials. I am still unable to run the EA app and need help!

    I tried to access the EA error reporter, and even that crashed I'm not sure how to fix this. I opened the ear crash reporter, and then it closed and the application that says restart program, exit, and has a box to click for crash report opened up, which closed also.
