Re: [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app

I have done everything to ensure that I got my EA app back up so I can finally play the sims 4 again but I keep running into the same "error code: 100005", I really want to solve this problem so please let me know what other steps I can take to ensure that I can get this fixed.
