Ea app wont lanch Can't play Sims 4

My laptop suddenly stopped, won't play Sims. 4 anymore, DEA app when you try to start The Sims 4, it just says EA app. Won't launch error restart and then or it will say sign in. And then you put in your email and then it just blanks off and goes back to the won't launch screen. I have tried everything that I have read. And I have no idea, nothing will work. Please, can somebody help? This is an acer laptop and I have almost all of the sims, four expansions, and all that like, I have a lot of money into that game so this sucks
