EA App won't launch my Sims 4
a9db9901-2cbf-48cb-9da9-08ffd06b7060 Evey time I try and launch my sims 4 it won't launch. i have cleared the cache, repaired the game, restarted the app but nothing is working. Please help!

Elizabeth2067 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? If you use mods or custom content, does it help to remove the Mods folder? You don't have to save your progress.
Its macOS and I have removed the mods folder but that doesn't help
