EA friendslist problems, how many years now?

Please EA for the love of god fix this problem already, its been coming and going since the existance of this poor app, how u expect ur customers to want to spend money on your games when they cant play them with their friends for weeks a couple of months every year.

And stop giving the same "solution" about troubleshooting and its "my internet connection" when everyone has this problem with only your app and nothing else, this issue is 100% on your end and has nothing to do with the user end of it, you are not a small company, this is embarasing

    There was a temporary outage last weekend that caused this issue, but it was resolved as of 2 AM last night (GMT+1).

    Please try restarting the client by going to the top-left menu (☰) > Help > Restart App.
    If that doesn’t work, try Help > App Recovery from the same menu.

    If the issue persists, please reply to this thread with your EA app Error Reporter ID.

  • You'd think a multi billion dollar company like EA would be better at fixing their games or at the VERY LEAST communicating when issues like this are happening. But they don't care. Just keep shoveling money into their games for skins so they can sit back and line their pockets all day. Utterly terrible excuse for a video game company. Any other company would have acknowledged this issue IMMEDIATELY on all their socials and begun working on it ASAP. But this is EA, and EA doesn't care about you.
