Ea games freez my all pc

I have a problem with EA games. When I run BF1 and play for about five minutes, the game starts to freeze and the entire PC freezes, even the desktop hangs. Also, the frame rate does not appear and it says N/A. I deleted the game and the EA game launcher and re-downloaded them and the same problem came back to me. I tried the BFV game and the same problem starts to freeze like BF1. I have an AMD card, Windows 11, and I have the latest drivers.

Note: When EA games are not running, the PC works well, even in other games.

I have the same problem. When I say close Battlefield 5, the computer freezes and I have to restart it. This is a problem I have been experiencing for the last 2 weeks, it never happened before. Today I tried to play Battlefield 1, and the computer froze at the game opening screen. It doesn't fix anything. I have to restart it. My processor is 7800x3d, my graphics card is 7900xt. All my drivers are up to date. To solve the problem, I refreshed the cache, deleted and installed the application, deleted and installed the game, and it's still the same. In fact, when I reinstalled Battlefield 5, the computer completely froze as soon as the download was finished. The weird thing is, I have no problems with the EA application when I don't have anything to do with it.

Hello, I solved my problem. Maybe it will help you too. I deleted all the folders related to EA in my documents folder. Then I deleted all the EA folders in %appdata%. Finally, I deleted all the folders belonging to EA in C/Program Files. Then when I tried to run the EA application, both Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 5 games worked without any problems. I also noticed that some of the EA application files were in the C drive and in the documents folder, causing a conflict. I hope your problem is solved too.
