EA IS NOT HELPING ME‼️

Hi my name is Sincere and I bought business and hobbies EP about a week back now, when I initially bought the EP I had a double charge issue with the pack where I was charged twice for ONE pack. Well I had help and got the refund for the double charge still leaving ONE charge for the pack. Well now I don’t have my Expansion Pack anymore when EA still has my money for the pack. I have tried to contact them for hours but all I get is the Emal option and NOBODY is responding I am beyond frustrated and done with EA. I just want my money back or my pack back. I should not have to purchase the pack again when EA already has my money. Sorry for the long type but does anyone know what to do I’m so angry. EA PLEASE HELP ME ‼️

    I feel your frustration. It does not seem like chatting in a forum like this is going to help with issues. I have a different issue, that only EA themselves can help me with. I was just looking at different post to see if any of them get answered. =(

    I’m trying to make a big enough sound but I’m literally only one person, I am so done and about ready to delete this game. I really feel like this should be illegal but I hope a lot of people see this and start deterring away from the sims cause EA obviously does not care

    Are you sure you bought two packs? EA does a test charge of $1 to see if the card works then charge the remainder. Check your bank account. You can also check your purchase history in the EA App. 
    Did you ever download the pack going thru The Sims 4, Manage Addons and clicking download?
    For EA Help you can try to select a slightly different category to get a chat option.

  • honestly bro i feel you, right now im dealing with an email issue because i got hacked and ea wont let me change my email back

    Yeah I’m positive it was two charges for the same amount on one pack they just keep telling me that they already issued a refund but that’s not the issue I wish I could sue EA so bad just to get my $40 because it’s crazy. I have been emailing with different agents for the past almost 48 hours now and I’m sick of it. EA has shown countless times that they don’t care and I’ve dealt with it for so long but now I’m sick idk why it’s such a issue to just get right assistance and get the wrongs corrected but yet as long as they get the money they don’t care I’m really at the point I’m just gonna delete it and never come back the only thing that sucks is my time spent in the game and I can’t get my money back from past packs but I completely hope the sims game dies away over the next few years
