I'm getting a this message when trying to launch the sims on EA

You are far from the only one affected:
1) EA released the version 13.649.0.6162 two days ago and automotically updtated the EA app
2) This version is broken and won't run for people with old OS like Windows 10 or Windows 8.1
The fix seem simple for EA, either patch you EA app or else allow us to install and run the earlier version which was working fine without problems.
whenever i try to open the EA app im given a pop up saying EAdesktop.exe - entery opint not found. that the procedure entery point could not be located in the dynamic link library
У меня возникла такая же проблема 5 дней назад. Решение пока не найдено. Обновление Windows 10 и переустановка EA app не помогло ((
