Re: [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app

I'm trying to log into EA app and this error appears.

I've tried:

  1. Trying to sign in again (it won't let me sign in in the first place)
  2. Clearing the cache
  3. Updating the app
  4. Running the app recovery
  5. Reinstalling the app
  6. Changing the DNS
  7. Disconnecting my VPN
  8. Re-connecting my VPN and opening the app
  9. Opening everything as admin
  10. Using other Wi-Fi
  11. Using mobile hotspot

None of which worked.

After entering my email, password and a code, app only shows what's on a first screen and nothing else.

And eventually it shows what's on a second screen. I tried clicking "RETRY" for hours, but it kept showing up. I'm one hundred percent sure that Wi-Fi works well, just like VPN (if it's needed here), but it just wouldn't work. Please give me a helpful advice on how to fix this...

It won't let me attach screenshots for some reason. First screenshot is a long black window with EA letters on top, second screenshot is saying "Failed to log in The app couldn't connect to EA's servers. Check your internet connection, and try again. Error code: EC:10005".
