Expansion Pack not showing in add-ons

I just purchased (and have been charged for) the Sims 4 Lovestruck expansion but it's not showing in the list to download under 'Manage add-ons'. I've tried clearing the EA app cache and restarting my device but nothing has changed. I've never had this issue before and would really appreciate some advice.

    Let's try clearing the cache again and fully logging out and back in- let me know if you're seeing Lovestruck in your library then please.
