Game license is invalid

So I recently purchased ea games, and whenever I download a game that I'm supposed to be able to play, it gives me a message that says "Game license is invalid", I've tried restarting my computer, Launching in online mode, using the repair feature, logging out and back in, clearing my cache, and everything i can find online and on the ea website, I've contacted the support team and they haven't been any help, I just want to play the games I paid for and at this point I don't know what to do, it happens with every ea games title
