Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

I get this error every time I try to launch The Sims 4. I've tried everything that I can find online; I force updated the EA app, uninstalled the EA app/TS4 and reinstalled it, cleared my cache, and still it won't launch. I can't figure out how to get ahold of an EA rep, is it even possible? All I see is an AI chat-bot that's supposed to help me, and it suggests thing that I've already done.

I'm so beyond frustrated at this point and I don't know what to do. Please help!
