Help! Double charged!!!

I got charged twice for a one game. How do I get a refund for double charging? Ive tried everything and nothing works. Who do I get in contact with asap?

    No, that was not helpful. Unfortunately I have the same issue and I have been charged twice for the same games. I need to actually speak or chat with a person.  How does one go about contacting an actual PERSON?
