Very good question! There is so many articles but how does live chat actually work? Does an agent show up to chat with me in a windows or what? Do i need a specific browser? Special plugin settings? Ad settings? VPN not allowed? What?
It said 2 minutes but there is no countdown only go to review cases and there to reopen the case and then i come back to the same place that send me back to my opened tickets. How in the word is this set up supposed to work? Do i wait a couple of days to get answer by email? The really annoying part is that there is a time set and then NOTHING happens. Is there supposed to be a popup that is not working for me? Do i need to take down all my safeguards to my network?
Never seen a site support this poor from a any site i have ever needed support from EVER.
