I can't get the app to work

I've been sitting here with a screen saying my approximate wait time is 2 minutes to speak to an advisor and it's been a while.

I cannot get the app to download. When I click the link to download the EA app, it says that the link cannot be reached. Before I uninstalled the app, it kept giving me error 10005 which makes no sense because I can open and use the app just fine on my laptop. It's just my PC. It keeps saying I'm having internet issues, but I'm fully connected and using every other app on my PC just fine. The EA app is extremely unreliable and I often have this exact same issue. 

editing this in because I managed to get the link to download the app--- I can't even download the app now. It keeps saying I don't have internet connection......everything is connected. I can use every other app just fine. It's just EA.
