Incorrect product given upon purchase

Okay, so this is kind of weird. I decided to buy Battlefield 4 PREMIUM EDITION from the edition selector, however it gave me the premium membership without the base game. I already opened a case in relation to this, and I do hope this will be solved eventually. But this does worry me about EA as a company. Anyone had similar experiences?
