inst-3-1920, can't install EA Ap

EA app won't install as of recently, gives error inst-3-1920 at the end of the installation. Tried the following:
- Running installer as Admin
- Removed files in %TEMP%
- Updated DirectX and MS Visual C++
- Removed all old EA and Origin files in ProgramData, Program Files, and App Data.
- Restarting PC after every steps above
- Ran sfc
- Check multiple videos and forums, no solution. Some claimed it was temp issue, but that was 2 YEARS AGO.

Pls help.
