I had order Sims 4 Tiny House Living pack from on outside vendor and when I entered the Key Code like I've done with my other packs, the code was accepted, But the pack was not added to my library and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?

Sorry to hear this, have you tried clearing the EA app's cache? If that doesn't work, could you run the EA Error Reporter please and share the Error ID it provides here?
We would also be interesting in where the code was obtained from, if you could DM the code you redeemed to me that would also help us figure this one out.
