New orders can take 30 minutes

I just learned this today and the purchase I made a week ago, was not a problem going in my game.   Tonight, while trying to see if anyone else has a problem with the kitchen clutter and restoration kits going in the game..... New orders can take 30 mintues before loading into your game - or ? library?  

I found this after getting proof of purchase with screenshots and now..... I still don't have the kits showing in my game.   I will wait....  But in case anyone else has questions... I share this with you.
