@EA_Jason I couldn't tell if they used EA app or Origin, sorry. I only know that they asked me for the confirmation code that I received in the mail to be able to log in.

Still being unable to play the game. I have my PC clean and all updated. In this moment I can't try to download the game in other PC. I have seen that there are other people with the same problem:

May this game require Java to be installed? I don't have Java installed right now.
And I don't know on which operating system the tech support person who helped me tried logging into my account either. Is it possible that it's a problem related to Windows 10/11 and the SecuROM or SafeDisc of the old games? I have read something about it.I was finally able to test the game on another computer (running Windows 8.1). After clicking OK in the first window that asked for administrator privileges, the game worked correctly. The window to choose between the first or second Command & Conquer: Remastered or the map editor appeared.
I don't know why on the other Windows 8.1 computer it worked and on my Windows 10 computer it did not. I don't think so but: could it be something related to Adobe Flash Player the reason why it doesn't load the window to select the games and the map editor?

The game works using your account and it works on multiple PC's with Windows 10 installed. You have also performed all the troubleshooting that we can offer to resolve this.
At this point I would reach our to Microsoft to check what other troubleshooting steps you can perform and to check if they know what could cause this.
Out of curiousity, are you playing on Windows 10 or Windows 11?
I'm playing on WIndows 10 and I have not been able to get it to work on a Windows 10 computer yet, only on a Windows 8.1 computer.
SOLVED: I had the UAC set to minimum and the game did not load, I changed it to default (which has more restrictions) and now the game curiously works after clicking OK in the first window of the administrator privileges.
I sincerely believe that you should fix this, it is not normal that a game with the minimum UAC does not work and with the default UAC (which has greater restrictions) it does.
It is the first time in all my life that a game gives me problems for having the UAC to the minimum (and I will continue having it to the minimum), the default UAC is really a nuisance and 90% of the Windows users have it deactivated. This is why many users, like me, are unable to run the game, proof here:
