Re: all games windowed + infinite loading screen

@EA_Illium  I have tried to clear the EA cache, (and ive also tried reinstalling EA APP)

All games have either been completely redownloaded and installed and files verified,

Nvidia Drivers are all up to date, and have set All games to run at maximum or Optimal setttings in Nvidia Geforce,

Ive followed teh steps for a "clean boot" and after goping through every process nothing has changed and the games still react as they did in the video i provided each time.

    • As I have discussed your case so I just got this case investigated by the concerned team and am happy to tell you that you’ve nothing to worry about, looks like a few other players have reported this issue as well, however, the good news here is that the studio team is already aware of it and is already working on a fix, it’s getting rectified as we speak, thanks for your patience on this one and again do not worry we got your back on this one.

      Good thing is that this has been brought into the notice of our game team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible. Once the issue is resolved, you will be able to play game without any issue

    • It seems like an issue with the old saved temp files in the EA App launcher. We need to clear these unused temporary files from the system in order to fix this issue. I would request you to clear the cache of the EA/Origin App and restart your PC/Mac. This will help you to fix this bug in your system. I would request you to report the problem on the official website of EA so that it can can be noticed by the developers and after that they will try to solve this issues for all the affected player if needed.
