Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

Hey everyone, I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro m5 chip. One of the first things I wanted to do was download Sims4! Exciting. Unfortunately I have tried for days now to troubleshoot and download Sims4 and am met with the same response on the EA app (will insert a photo). I have contacted EA and they have reported it as a bug. Has anyone else had this experience? and was it resolved?
