2 years agoRe: App Recovery from Start doesn't work
Hi @GiardiniDiMarzo Thanks for the translation!
Can we try the secondary method of clearing the apps cache:
- Open the Start menu.
- Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.
- Select App Recovery.
- A confirmation window will pop up.
- Click Clear Cache.
If this continues can we also try the following steps?
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
