Re: Cannot purchase new games

Every time I have tried to purchase the new Lady Bridgerton bundle for the Sims 4, the app says they cannot connect me to the servers and restarts itself. I have tried restarting the app, clearing the app's cache, and even restarting my whole computer. They have all failed.

    Looks like it's not just an issue with this bundle, it has happened with every single purchase. It takes me to the purchase screen and before I can click "pay now," it says it cannot connect to the servers and restarts itself.
