I can see the friend request. There is a check mark and an X. When I click the check mark, it turns into a spinning white circle for half a second. I cannot even click the X, nothing happens.
I bought It Takes Two, I cannot even play a game I paid for because EA is a terrible company. Horrible user experience every time I turn around.
Try blocking then unblocking. It worked

Thank you!! Unblocking/Blocking/Removing friend request/Resending it made me appear on my friends list after a couple tries on my side ( she did nothing other than send me an invite herself as well).
I found a fix that worked for me and my friends.
1. Whoever sent the friend request, cancel it. If both players sent a request, cancel it.
2. Have one person send the friend request again, and the other person accept it on the pop-up at the bottom right corner.
That worked for me and my friends, might work for others. Good luck.
this is not any fix ! what if person that send inv is no exist anymore and cant talk to her... ?
