Hi @PanStefanek109 Thanks for this information, when you have a moment can you try the following?
- Clear EA App's Cache
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then run EA App as admin and try to download PVZ
