Hi @PanStefanek109 Thanks for this information, when you have a moment can you try the following?

• Clear EA App's Cache
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates   
• Put your device in a Clean Boot  then run EA App as admin and try to download PVZ
