Make sure that you login to the EA account that you have the game on.
- @jpkarlsen I am on the account with the game on. It has swapped from Origin hasn't it but it is the right account.
@jpkarlsenYesterday I literally had the same problem and deleted and installed the game again but I'm not doing that every day. I think I only swapped to EA the day before yesterday and now its saying that I don't have access even though it is the right account.
- @jpkarlsen I even tried through the EA app like pressing play through that and it keeps saying try again later even after trying later.

Hey there @123rtthjk,
In addition to repairing The Sims 4 as @jpkarlsen has mentioned, please also clear the cache for the EA app following these steps.
Please let me know if you're still running into these errors once you've tried that!
I have the exact same issue. Very frustrating and this has just happened to me. I shut down my computer twice and logged out twice and then the message stopped appearing thankfully. But such a stupid message that don’t make any sense when it’s clearly fine. I refuse to keep re-downloading the game because it’s such a waste of time sims please fix thid
