@RocketDweebd  You can try using Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) to uninstall any app you want.  However, Revo may not be able to find an app that's been partially uninstalled.  In that case, I'd suggest manually deleting any folders you find.  Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager when you do this.  Then use Piriform's CCleaner (again, the free version is fine) to clean up any leftover hidden files, for example registry entries.
