Ea Shepard I forgot to tell you one thing in my previous reply that my internet service provider had given my router and they set it up when I had origin app installed and origin worked fine and speed of 100 mbps is postpaid plan s maxium speed and my connection and router are fine because my internet service provider checked the router when I recieved this error code 10501 in ea app and my internet connection is reliable and secure.I tried safe mode with networking few days ago but ea background service refused to launch in safe mode with networking and I checked my lan settings nothing is checked with proxy server in lan settings and I also checked both my windows firewall and kaspersky total security nothing is block ea app and its services.I also checked the permissions in windows firewall all looks same and I had put ea app and its services as exclusions in my antivirus software and I am running ea app as administator.I also asked many times ea help live chat advisors to check my account they all said everything is fine with my ea account.My pc s date and time are correct and my operating system and user account are fine.This ea app error code 10501 message is only showing up in offline mode never showed in online mode and one rececent patch fixed the relogin issue but error code 10501 and other temperarily lost connection still shows up so please fix this message is showing in ea app offline mode also with a patch just like ea team fixed the relogin issue.I am editing replying because I forgot to mention no other application is limiting or blocking ea app and this error only showing up in offline mode on my pc.please fix this issue.
