same here this is so irritating, Normally there is a fix but haven't found a work around and using the phone number instead didn't work.

tried logging in again failed, relaunched it and im some how logged in it looks like but the app is broken not displaying anything no tabs no nothing just the download manager shows but cant even click it and theres a yellow msg on top saying "things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem" so idk at this point just gonna play cyberpunk i guess
Yea, I was going to open a case, but it says "use chat" with no link to chat...almost like they know there's an issue ...

EA App definitely down. Another half arsed application release by EA with out proper QA or redundant infra to support it, or some amateur hour developer deciding to do work in prod instead of in test....
This day in age of redundancy and QA and control frameworks for releases and yet EA can not get it right.- @MrGuvernment-KOS i hear ya no update on that msg i have of the app yet
nvm got a update, it says now the app currently cannot connect to servers like bruh wow
i give up gong cyberpunk ill check the forum later for update

- @fluidz Yeah mine did too, but ive been fighting with it all night and now its too late to do my stream because i have work in the morning......oh well... at least they fixed it
same, can confirm it let me log in
I was able to finally log on too, but I keep getting error messages trying to open my games - which aren't even showing up in my collection, although if I search for them, they show as mine.
