I had 50 gb of free space left on my hard drive. I ended up factory resetting the whole laptop last night because I was so upset will update with results if it worked. Sims in my comfort game and when I can’t play it I get upset very easy.

After factory resetting the laptop and reinstalling the app and reinstalling the game and all my packs everything is finally behaving itself. It never told me an error code it would get stuck at 0% applying when I would restart to apply a new update. I tried so many different ways of to fix this issue I’m just it’s finally working. Thank you to everyone who tried to help I truly appreciate it.
