It's work then i use the folder were is located ea desktop installer.

If you want to install Ea desktop in C:\Program Files\Ea Desktop, move the file EADesktopInstaller.exe in C:\Program Files\ and after that it's work.
I don't know why but it's work.
- @Tienosim Now i can get to "downloading stuff". It downloads something but after nothing happens.
