Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

I've never posted here before, but honestly, I'm at my wits' end. I bought the newest expansion pack, Enchanted by Nature, on Friday. That is before the deadline at the end of August for the digital content. I should have them. I logged into the game and started playing. I was only in CAS. Everything worked at this time. I log out to do something and come back that same day to play more; however, I need to repair my game. Then the EA app begins telling me I have none of the DLC, but I actually have all of it. I am not missing a single one. Surprisingly, I'm used to this problem. This problem has persisted every few times I play The Sims 4. Yet, when the EA app attempted to repair the Enchanted by Nature Digital Download, it said I don't actually have it, so it can't repair the digital content for me. It says "Ownership Disabled or Deleted." My options are to "Pause the download, delete the download, or visit the game hub." I tried getting in contact with someone to help, but the task has been extremely difficult. To get hold of any human for help seems like a tall order. Please, I'd like some help. Sorry if this was very long.
