Please check your purchase history to confirm the status of your order. Give it some time as your transaction is probably still processing. 

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, but sometimes it may take up to 72 hours to complete. 

Thank you! The transaction is complete, and I have also received an electronic receipt, but Battlefield 3 is still not displayed in my game library and I am unable to download it.

Purchase in EU goes true EA Swiss Sarl sais its pending but money was taken off the card already. Dont tell me you cant purchase game on EA app on weekends ?!

also bought 3 extensions for the sims 4 the purchase is considered complete but the addons are not in the library and cannot be downloaded ;(

  I bought Sims 4 Cottage Living and Laundry Day February 2024 and the EA app is not installing it. My order history said the purchase is completed. The Sims game says I own the pack but the EA app is not showing it as installed. I've tried to clear cache, repair, uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing worked. It's been so frustrating because I've wasted so much time trying to fix it.
