It's sounding like these packs have potentially been removed from your account- this isn't something we can investigate with you here on the forums since we don't have access to your account information, but the live support team can take a look with you and see what's going on.

Please reach out to live support from the help site here so they can review your account details and check your entitlements for these packs. I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you contact live support so that team has further information to reference.

  • I’ve already spoken to someone, they said they are aware of an ongoing issue and to wait?

    I’ve been onto EA chat now 6 times. I’m losing all will to live. It’s like I’m speaking to a robot with pre-made questions. If I ask a question there’s a 5-10 minute pause. I’ve been told my case 161467116 has been escalated to the terms of service team. Got an email saying share a screenshot (I’ve already done this) contacted support again, case says waiting on player and now the advisor is saying a ticket has been created. I asked what the terms of service team is and got this response: ‘Once fixed! You’ll also get updates via email’. I mean what the hell is going on? I’m so lost like who do you complain to? I’ve literally asked to raise a complaint but nothing? What do I need to do? Make it go viral to get any response? It’s just madness that a company as big as EA provide this little care/consideration for their players

    Sorry just reached my final tether, will upload the chat in a second, apparently my issue was about to be fixed but now because I’ve resumed a case (the case said waiting on player) it’s stopped it from being fixed!

    @07a02e7be1d31d14  Are you currently unable to download some or all Sims 3 packs?  If so, which ones are affected, and what do you see when you try?

    I ask because it appears that one version of this issue has been fixed but another has not.  I'd like to know whether you fit in the second category or are evidence that the first is not fixed after all.

    This has been an EA-side issue that needed to be addressed by EA for all players at once.  Your contacts with customer support wouldn't have anything to do with when or whether this was fixed for you personally.
