@EA_Atic yes i have enough space on my drive. I was downloading the sims 4 and it got to 96% before the error 500 message came up. what should i do please?

I'm having the same error with the same game!
I have the same issue with the same game, but I can't even start downloading, I tried the thing with the app recovery but it doesnt work, idk wht to do..
