Summarize your bug Whenever i open EA app and go to the library and click on any game it says error 500, if i open de app as administrator i am able to click on the games which then need to be installed but whilst installing it is stuck on pending, this has been going on now for 4 weeks. What i have tried what was given as some solutions for this problem: Clearing cache Clearing cache then killing the background service Clearing cache then killing the background service and restarting the pc Reinstalling the application Removing the application, removing all traces of it from my pc and reinstalling it Removing the application, removing all traces of it from my pc, rebooting, reinstalling it

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click on any game, basically the basic function of this total dog * of an app.
