Summarize your bug First I got logged out. I thought this was the usual EA App issue of logging me out several times a day so I just rolled my eyes and logged in again. Only it wouldn't let me do so. I tried clearing cache, restarting app and computer, reinstalling EA App, even disabling firewall and nothing has worked. I'm trying to play the Sims 4!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try logging in. You won't be able to.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the error mentioned in the title and get sent back to the login screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to get into my account so I can play my games.
Not sure what else to add, I covered everything.
