Summarize your bug I am unable to launch the EA app at all. The App will give me the log in screen but then the Error pops up. If I try and launch a game from Steam it will pop up the EA app but then the error will appear. I already tried all troubleshooting steps provided by tech support
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try and launch the EA app and log in. It won't let you.
What happens when the bug occurs? You put in your log in info and the the error pops up saying that the network failed to Network.
What do you expect to see? I would like to be able to Log in and launch my games so I can play them.
I have tried all troubleshooting options. Online forums say the only way to get the app to launch is to use your hotspot to connect or a VPN. I have neither of those and should not have to use them to Launch the app. Please figure out what is causing this issue with the EA app as it seems to be something on the App's end. All more other games and services work but the EA app.
