Re: How to fix Error Code EC:10000 or EC:10500 in EA app?

I keep getting error code 10000. I have tried everything to fix this problem. I have tried everything from the other forums but nothing has worked. I can't even open it in admin. I was told to post here. I really hope someone can help me. I really just wanted to play The Sims and it really sucks not being able to even open it after not playing for so long.
