Re: How to Fix the "You don't have access" Error in EA app - '24

I brought FIFA 2023 by November 2023 and transferred to FC 2024 thereby. Now both the games requires EA membership on EA App. I tried the game through downloaded file from EA official site. it shows the following attachment error. Kindly requesting you to solve this and make me access both FIFA 2023 and FC 2024. I also check order management there is no history of bill has been found. I double check that this was the same account when I brought it on November 2024.

    Hello there, 

    If no purchases are shown in your billing history, it's very likely that you're logged in to a different account. You can contact EA Help Support and provide them with an invoice number which can be found in your email receipt that you should have received at the time of your purchase and they should be able to assist you in finding the correct account.
