Re: [INVESTIGATION] Games Stuck on "Launching Game" or "Preparing Game"

hi Ive had this problem for weeks maybe months its uncountable but my sims 4 hasnt been running for some reason I Open the game and it says preparing game and then it goes away then takes me back to the EA page and sims didnt even run any ideas or tips to fix this?

    Been having this problem as well since Saturday.  Could have been longer based on other posts I see here, but I hadn't tried to play the game in awhile although I saw folks talking about the update issues..  As with everybody else, I tried the steps given and other things I could find to do, but nothing works.  Just posting here to add to the head count.
