@SpiCeMustardFart I have the same issue. Forget about the ea help chat or email, they want you to guess your account details to letter perfection which is impossible when your account is made over 10 years ago (in my case).

What made me even more furious is when I'm talking to EA help, they tell me I should do my best to remember the details as they believe I will find it.

    And still the same! Ea is so bad. How do they expect us to remember an email from 10 plus years ago. Literally have to make a new pan just to play games online, this is awful screw ea
