Hi @mokiekie,

I've split your post off into it's own thread. 

Have you checked that you're logging into the EA app on the same account that you used for Origin? Please check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is one way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details.

    Hi!

     

    I just tried to reinstall origin (which didnt work) and somewhere during that process EA recovered my other games in the EA app. I'll try downloading them today to see if they are working.

    I only have one login so those things weren't an option. But hopefully it is fixed now
