Re: Newly Purchased Games/DLCs Not Showing in EA app Library Since Nov. 24, 2023

So I just bought myself BFV Definitive on the sale. And when I go to download the game its just grayed out, as seen in attachment, in my game library.
I have tried reinstalling, relogging, repairing the app and nothing has worked, anyone else have this problem or know the solution please help.
