Re: No connection on EA app

I have been able to log in to the EA App.

However eight of my games will not work.

Five of my games have all crashed on launch.

Two Need for Speed games won't connect to servers.

Battlefield 3 won't activeate on this 'ORIGIN' account. Ironic that I am using the EA App. This is a known issue though, and googling for a solution lead me to this thread. No fix yet though. 

However I have been fighting with the EA App for months since Origin was no longer accessible, I did find a fix. For seven of my eight games that would not work anyway. ....

I pause my VPN. My games will launch.

The VPN is causing all sorts of issues with EA, even though I have split-tunnelled all EA App executables.

Sometimes the EA App will not start. Pause VPN fixes that.

The games above will not start. Pause VPN fixes that.

Cannot access any EA threads. Turn off VPN for that. ... Not pause it - fully end task VPN in the Task Manager.

(I am still having the issue with Battlefield 3, but I guess if I dig far enough, I will find a fix.)

Not sure this will solve anyone's issues here, but hopefully it will.
