hello I have a problem when I want to launch the game of ea fc 24 it tells me that the game is not yet released

Same problem with many games with the same error "This game hasn't released yet"! How is this even possible and the solution provided by the community manager or whatever just don't make any sense (why is synchronising time with the internet is even an issue! Why is this not an issue with Steam, Epic, UBI! Learn some sense and competence).
Just to add that I tried changing the internet time and time synchronisation and it still comes up with the same error message.
