I’m having the same problem! i’ve tried everything to fix it but NOTHING it’s working, it’s really stressing me out and i hope i get a answer soon.

Same, it basically has to be something wrong with the ea app, but it’s truly so annoying. It has taken me so long after this update to be able to play, and now the app is the problem 🤦‍♀️😂 

Is anyone else being met with "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later" When they try to launch their Sims 4 game?

I've removed most of my CC Mods and the game was working fine after the most recent update so what's happening? 

The same thing has been happening to me since yesterday. I tried everything google suggested and nothing has fixed it so i make a ticket to ea app.

for all the merged items and pack i just installed the unmerged ones

hallo0810​ ribbnzz​ Em2280​ Lidsabeast321​  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I am having the exact same issue. I have repaired the game and done all the other things to no avail. I am still getting this error message. This is extremely frustrating. I just want to be able to play my game that I have put a lot of money into. 

I also made a ticket. This is getting to be ridiculous. Good luck to you! 

I've been having this same issue since the update. I've removed all Mods, cleared the cache, restarted the EA App, removed my The Sims 4 folder to see if it would start a fresh one. Nothing has worked. After the update, I started a fresh save without any mods and was able to play it okay, but for the past few days my game wont launch at all. It just gives me the same pop-up as the OP.

I updated my EA app and it will let me open TS4 but it's warning me not to open saves without packs installed and I did not uninstall packs! That was terrifying. Repair worked for me but it still looks like they're still not clothed when I open the game..

i have had this problem for days now...im crying rn lol

I have the same code and has been like this for over 1 year. As soon as I click to play it shuts down. I have repaired game, created new The Sims 4 folder and transferred saves over and still get the same message. 

I had this problem and it resolved on its own after a few hours. I spent a lot of time trying to fix it but it really was the ea app as far as I can tell.

I'm having the same problem i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and i have repaired the game.

If you saved with your game looking like this the change is permanent. Do not save when you see errors like this but fix the issue first. You may be able to load a previous save.

I can play on a clean file fine, but i just can’t figure out what mod is bugging up my sims4 and the tutorials that i’m following aren’t a great help. I need other ways,

Error occurred on our end. I’m having the same trouble with everybody else I guess which is really ridiculous. Everybody finally found a way to fix their game and enjoy the Sims four but we really can’t because of the same situations that are happening with EA. This is going to be frustrating every single time the game update you guys dropped the ball.

Having the same thing happen. I've tried literally everything to fix it that I could find online, nothing worked. Same thing that removing all my CC worked. Sucks because it was working fine yesterday morning, and I've spent the last two days straight trying to fix it. :/ Good luck to y'all as well!!

I'm having the same issue at first I couldn't control my sims so i find out it was a mod issue so after that I repair my game and it was working fine with mods and without mods then I add MCC again and the game was fine but when i return to play again it won't load up (sighs) is beyond fustration so if anyone knows a solution please do share, thank you
